P.D.S was founded in 1993 by Architect shahriar Dehghan,
the Environmental and power division of P.D.S was formed in 2010,
and directed by Dr. Farida Dehghan. This division primarily engaged in two different Services:
- Renewable Energy, Wind and Solar (Power)
- Atmospheric Enviroment – Climate Change

RENEWABLE ENERGY
- Research analysis, consultation and synthesis of information to Produce recommendation as to support the development of evidence-based policy;
- Advise and assist developers, investors, and Stakeholders on renewable energy resource (wind solar, and hydro) development;
- Feasibility study for proposed wind and solar projects, such as: strategic site selection, turbine selection, project layout, construction, and predict annual financial status of proposed wind and solar projects;
- Manage entire renewable energy project developments (plan projects, Scope of work, and execute various stage of projects developments);
- Conduct complex inspection, supervised and coordinate modeling and measurements phases of projects delivery;
- Support and manage renewable energy projects at operational stage:
- Provide Q&M Services
- Monitor Productions efficiency during operation
- Advise stakeholders to improve facility’s production, and
- Estimate and predict monthly and annual financial status of operational projects;
ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENT – CLIMATE CHANGE
- Provide environmental air quality and meteorological modeling, Estimate emissions from various facilities and industrial following EPA and MECP regulation and guidelines;
- Climate change mitigation and adaptation analysis;
PROJECT
This division with its vast technical knowledge has a special expertise in renewable energy.
We have Prior project experience with resource analysis in North and Central America, UAE, India, and Iran.
P.DS Power division Director has acted as an associate consultant with consulting companies and managed over 35 onshore and offshore wind farm projects (from 30MW to 300 MW capacity), solar projects (from 10MW to 150 MW Capacity) and Over 95% of these projects Successfully qualified for standard offer contracts (Such as FIT, COMFIT, LRP, etc.).
